Charles C. W. Cooke believes in the constitution, and I agree: much like cicadas, the angle of the sun, a goat’s demise—it does appear to exist. And likewise it inspires men to violence, though 27 amendments and the permutations thereof may have exhausted the textual armory. A few initial articles of procedure here and there and already we got cold feet, needed amendments to reality: the first says you can speak, the second you can kill. Not a bad start, but not innovative either: ping pong is fun but tedious. Beer pong comes with stakes though, and while we might be battling over the final cup, frankly the beer is getting stale. But there’s always another round if we have the stamina, with each made shot a constitution formed.
